It aggregates government, NGO, and private tenders in real time with instant email and SMS alerts, lets users purchase and download official bid documents instantly via BirrLink, and layers AI throughout: a probability engine scores a company profile against tender requirements, document chat summarizes dense PDFs, and an AI assistant drafts submission-ready technical proposals, cutting preparation time from roughly 40 hours to under four.
